These terms apply to your use of AtlasStudyGuides.com and purchases from Atlas Study Guides. By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law.

Our products

We sell digital CDL study guides, cheat sheets, and bundles. Products are delivered as PDF files in ZIP downloads; no physical books are shipped. Review the state, CDL class, included materials, languages, and format listed on the product page before ordering. Some content overlaps between standalone products and bundles.

Educational use

Our materials are independent educational resources. They are not official DMV publications, actual exam question banks, required driver training, or an interactive test simulator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any DMV, government agency, or licensing authority. We do not guarantee an exam result or a license. Requirements can change; consult the current official state manual and applicable training requirements.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate order and contact details, including an email address you can access. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before download access is provided. If a pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery problem prevents us from completing an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cancel. Nothing here limits your statutory remedies.

Download access

You need an internet connection, a device capable of extracting ZIP files, and software that opens PDFs. Check your inbox and spam folder for delivery instructions. Contact us if a link or file does not work. Download availability can be interrupted by technical problems; we will help restore access or resolve the affected order under our refund policy.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print the purchased materials for your own personal study. Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or use our materials to create a competing product without written permission. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.

Refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains cancellations, duplicate purchases, delivery problems, and refund eligibility. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

Site use and third parties

Do not use this site for unlawful activity, fraud, security attacks, or infringement of others' rights. Shopify and payment providers support our store; third-party services and linked sites may have their own terms. We are responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law.

Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled.

Accuracy and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate materials and will review reported errors. Educational content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on study materials. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content.

We may update these terms and post the revised date. The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
