Refund policy

Atlas Study Guides sells digital study guides, cheat sheets, and bundles delivered as PDF files in a ZIP download. No physical products are shipped.

Digital purchases

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once any included file has been downloaded or accessed. We do not normally offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, selecting the wrong state or CDL class, or purchasing overlapping content after downloading. Please review the product description before purchasing. Our materials are educational resources, and a passing exam result is not guaranteed.

Before downloading

If you purchased the wrong product or want to cancel before downloading or accessing any files, contact us promptly. We will review your request and the download status; a cancellation or product exchange may be possible.

Problems with your order

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have a duplicate purchase or charge, did not receive your download, received missing or corrupted files, or believe the product materially differs from its description. We will help restore access or provide the correct or replacement files. If we cannot resolve a verified delivery or product defect, we will refund the affected purchase. Verified duplicate purchases or charges will be refunded.

The 14-day reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

How to request help

Email contact@AtlasStudyGuides.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. For download problems, include your device and any error message. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Approved refunds

We will notify you by email when a refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account. Once a purchase is refunded, its download access may be revoked and you must stop using or sharing the refunded files.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content or cancellation rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law requires a refund, that law takes precedence over this policy.
